On October 26, the State Council General Office approved the invitation of the People’s Government of Jiangsu Province for the approval of the overall plan of Yangzhou City based on the letter No. [2015] 132 of the State Council. The following is approved: 1. The State Council agrees in principle “the overall urban planning of Yangzhou City (2011-2020)” (hereinafter referred to as the “master plan”). Yangzhou is a national historical and cultural city and a traditional scenic tourist city.
