本研究采用细菌徬徨试验和枯草杆菌重组修复试验对天津市饮用水源与其它水源十七个水样进行了致突变检测。试验结果表明地下水两个样品两种试验均为阴性。地面水和自来水七个样品徬徨试验均有不同程度的致突变性,但重组试验均为阴性。污水样品六个样品在徬徨试验中为阳性,六个样品在重组试验中为阳性。两种试验方法检测终点不同,可以互相补充。该试验系统用于水样的检测既灵敏又方便,大大提高了水样品的致突变检出率。
In this study, 17 strains of drinking water and other water sources in Tianjin were tested for mutagenicity by using Bacillus testis and Bacillus subtilis recombinant test. The test results showed that both groundwater samples were negative for both tests.
