系统性红斑狼疮心脏病变41例临床分析

SLE是侵犯全身结缔组织的自身免疫性疾患,心脏为较易受累的脏器之一。锦医附院自1981年—1986年共收治SLE60例,其中41例(68％)合并心病变,现报告如下:
