文化馆作为群众文化活动的重要载体,在保存、继承和发展本地区各种传统文化表现形式、拓展文化空间等方面发挥了重要作用。文化艺术档案作为一种以文字、图表、声像、实物为主要保存载体的资料,具有十分珍贵的历史收藏价值和现实应用价值,建立完整、系统的文化艺术档案,对促进文化馆自身建设,将起到举足轻重的作用。做好这项工作,重点要加强五个方面的工作:一是存档材料必须完整齐全;二是充分考虑文化艺术档案的特殊性;三是建立健全各项制度;四是充分利用现代科技手段;五是进一步提高档案工作人员的素质。
