橡胶坝是随着高分子合成材料(合成橡胶、合成纤维)的发展而出现的一种坝型,具有三材省、造价低,跨度大、阻水小、操作控制简便、止水及抗震性能好等优点,是低水头水利工程中一种有发展前途的新型水工结构。我国1966年以来,已有十余个省市先后试建了数十座橡胶坝工程,积累了不少经验;但在运用过程中,也出现一些问题,即是当坝顶溢流时,普遍存在着坝袋振动现象,以致引起坝袋磨损,甚至造成脱层、穿孔,撕裂等事故。针对这个情况,我们根据实际观测和模型试验资料,对橡胶坝发生振动的原因进行了分析,并提出消除振动的一些意见和措施,供有关单位参考。
