本文报告我院1961～1982年收治的20例原发性血小板减少性紫癜（以下简称ITP），所有病例均先经内科采用肾上腺皮质激素治疗效果不佳，后转入外科行手术治疗。并进行了1～20年的随访。结合文献对本病的病因、非手术治疗及手术治疗等问题加以分析讨论。
This article reports 20 cases of primary thrombocytopenic purpura (hereinafter referred to as ITP) admitted to our hospital from 1961 to 1982, all cases were treated with adrenal cortex hormones ineffective, and then transferred to the surgical operation. And for 1 to 20 years of follow-up. Combined with the literature on the etiology of the disease, non-surgical treatment and surgical treatment and other issues to be analyzed and discussed.
