患者李某某、女、22岁。口内下颌前部肿块三月余,无不适,于1985年12月17日收住院。住院号21115。一般检查:营养发育较差,心律不齐,肝肺等均无异常发现。局部情况:颏部可见一骨性隆起,表面光滑,不活动,与皮肤无粘连,约为1.5×1.5×0.5cm大小。右颌下区可触及增大的颌下腺,无痛,淋巴结未触及。口内牙列完整,3+1有不同程度的移位。正中联合区舌侧有一约1×1×0.5cm的肿物,表面粘膜光滑完整,稍苍白,无痛,中等硬度,韧性感,周界不清,无乒乓感及瘘管。口底及舌体无异常。 X线摄片示:5+3颌骨体可见一6.5×3.5cm大小的囊样透光阴影,边缘光滑清楚,阴影由间隔分为三叶,大小不悬殊。牙体移位,牙根未见破坏。

Right submandibular area can reach increased submandibular gland, painless, lymph nodes not touched. Mouth dentition complete, 3 +1 have different degrees of displacement. The median joint area of the lingual side has a 1 × 1 × 0.5cm of the tumor, the surface mucosa smooth and complete, a little pale, painless, moderate hardness, toughness, perinseal clear, no ping pong flu and fistula. Mouth and tongue no abnormalities. X-ray showed: 5 +3 jaw body visible a size of 6.5 × 3.5cm cystic translucent shadow, the edge is smooth and clear, the shadow is divided into three leaves by the interval, the size is not disparities. Tooth displacement, no damage to the root.
