1994年6月6日,图—154M 型飞机在西安发生事故,说明在我们的训练体系和技术管理中存在不少缺陷,有待改进和完善。本文不寻求包治百病的灵丹妙药,只是想通过俄罗斯的一些事故教训,归纳一点看法。从1988~1994年的6年间,图—154飞机在俄罗斯共发生6起飞行事故,导致事故的直接原因是多方面的。然而,从以下事故报告可以看出,俄罗斯的机组飞行技术水平的管理有了一些改进。
June 6, 1994, the Tu-154M aircraft accident in Xi’an, indicating that there are many shortcomings in our training system and technical management, to be improved and perfected. This article does not seek to cure all kinds of panacea, just want to learn some accident lessons from Russia, to sum up a little opinion. In the six years between 1988 and 1994, a total of six air strikes occurred in Russia against the Tu-154 aircraft. The direct causes of the accident are manifold. However, as can be seen from the following accident reports, there have been some improvements in the management of the crew’s flight skill level in Russia.
