文化是综合国力的一个重要组成部分,文化一直是经济行为的基本驱动力之一。文化要素对经济的作用不像其它要素的作用那么明晰和直接,但它像幽灵一般控制着经济行为的基本走向和基本方式,其作用更具有本原性。文化对经济的作用机理可以表达为“文化控制”。文化的工具性功能和它在经济行为中发挥的导向性功能使它在各国经济战略的实施中具有双重意义。
Culture is an important component of comprehensive national strength and culture has always been one of the basic drivers of economic activity. The role of cultural elements in the economy is not as clear and direct as that of other elements. However, it acts like a ghost and generally controls the basic trends and basic ways of economic activities. Its role is more original. The mechanism of culture on the economy can be expressed as “Cultural Control ”. The instrumental function of culture and its guiding function in economic activities make it have dual significance in the implementation of economic strategies of various countries.
