瑞香的繁殖,一般采用扦插、压条等方法进行。经试验,家庭繁殖还是水插法生根快,成活率高。方法是:4—9月份,将当年所生的枝条剪下,刀口处削成马蹄形,泡在水瓶中。如果枝条多.可将几枝捆成一束,泡于水瓶,放在有散射阳光的地方,每隔3—4天换一次水,经过25天即可生根。水插之前,用1/5000的萘乙酸液浸泡4小时,可以提前一周生根。
