为在盾构施工诱发地层损失室内模型试验中获得与天然砂土地基相似的填砂成型试样,通过自行研制的砂雨成型装样设备,进行了多组砂雨法成型装样对比试验。分析表明:采用该套单点吊砂雨试验装置及试验方法成型制样具有均匀性的特点;当落砂高度较低时,成型砂样密度随落距增大而增大,而当落距超过一定值后,继续增大落距对提高试样密度效果不明显,却引起试验操作困难。
In order to obtain sand-filled molded samples similar to natural sand foundations in the laboratory model tests of induced formation loss caused by shield construction, a series of sand-rain molding method was used to carry out comparative tests on sand-rain molding loading equipment.
