南昌市卫生工作者协会全体开业医务人员於八月十一日下午七时假市府俱乐部隆重举行了通过擁护中华人民共和国宪法草案决议的盛大集会。到会共二百七十人。会上,由市卫协会主席、市卫生局副局长杨寳琛同志首先报告全市开业医务人员,通过一个多月来宪法草案的学习与讨论,大家明确认识到人民民主制度的优越性,大大地鼓舞了我们全体医务工作者热爱自己的职业和为人民服务的积极性,坚定了为社会主义事业而奋斗的信心与决心。接着他指出大家要在学习讨论宪法草案的基础上,继续深入学习和宣传宪法,更要随时以宪法草案的精神来检查自己的思想和工作,树立爱国守法观
