对我国区域发展差距问题的研究是当前社会关注的热点之一。文章试图在总结相关成果的基础上 ,科学地抽象出区域差距形成、扩大和缩小的一般规律 ,认为区位条件和历史因素是区域差距形成的基础 ,正式制度和非正式制度特别是有效的市场制度是区域差距不断扩大的根源 ,而区域差距的缩小必须由政府发挥核心调控作用 ,通过逐步建立、完善和实施机会均等和结果均等有机结合的宏观调控体系 ,推动我国区域经济的协调发展。
Research on the issue of the regional development gap in our country is one of the hot spots in the society at present. Based on the summary of relevant achievements, the article attempts to abstract the general laws of the formation, expansion and contraction of regional disparity scientifically. It considers the location conditions and historical factors as the basis for the formation of regional disparity. The formal and informal systems, especially the effective market system Which is the source of the regional disparity. However, the narrowing of the regional disparity must be supported by the government’s core regulatory role. By gradually establishing, perfecting and implementing the macroeconomic regulation and control system of equal opportunity and equalization of results, the coordinated development of regional economy in our country will be promoted.
