通过扫描电镜、X射线萃取相分析等手段,研究了30Cr4Si2NiMoWNb超高强度钢不同固溶温度处理后的未溶相组成,以及对最终260℃回火后钢的横向和纵向力学性能的影响。结果表明:低于940℃进行固溶处理,横向和纵向冲击韧性、断面收缩率均显著下降,横向数据大幅低于纵向数据;940℃以下固溶处理,基体中存在大量未溶碳化物,是韧性较差的主要原因;而未溶碳化物和带状偏析组织的同时存在是构成横向和纵向韧性差异的主要原因。
The composition of the undissolved phase of 30Cr4Si2NiMoWNb ultra-high strength steel after different solution treatment temperature and the effect on the transverse and longitudinal mechanical properties of the steel after tempering at the final temperature of 260 ℃ were studied by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results show that when the temperature is lower than 940 ℃, the transverse and longitudinal impact toughness, the reduction of area and the transverse data are significantly lower than those of the longitudinal data. After solution treatment below 940 ℃, a large amount of undissolved carbides are present in the matrix Toughness of the main reason for the poor; and undissolved carbide and the presence of ribbon segregation is the main reason for the formation of horizontal and vertical differences in toughness.
