为了解MIEX树脂对高氯酸盐的去除效果及机理,研究了MIEX树脂投加量、pH值、初始浓度、反应时间、共存阴离子等对去除率的影响。当树脂的投加量为5 m L/L时,对Cl O-4的去除率高达94.94%。该树脂对Cl O-4的最大吸附量约为1 630μg/m L。MIEX树脂有很宽的pH值适用范围,强酸性条件不利于高氯酸盐的去除,而在强碱性条件下OH-会与Cl O-4形成竞争吸附。共存阴离子对MIEX树脂去除Cl O-4的影响依次为:Cl->NO-3>CO2-3>H2PO-4>SO2-4;Cl O-4初始浓度越高,粒子碰撞的几率越大,去除率越高;MIEX树脂去除Cl O-4的过程满足准二级动力学方程。
In order to understand the effect and mechanism of MIEX resin on perchlorate removal, the effects of dosage of MIEX resin, pH value, initial concentration, reaction time and coexisting anions on the removal rate were studied. When the resin dosage is 5 m L / L, the removal rate of Cl O-4 is as high as 94.94%. The maximum adsorption capacity of Cl O-4 for this resin is about 1 630 μg / m L. MIEX resins have a wide range of pH values. Strong acidic conditions are not conducive to the removal of perchlorate, while OH- forms competitive adsorption with Cl O-4 under strong alkaline conditions. The effect of coexisting anions on Cl O-4 removal by MIEX resin was Cl-> NO-3> CO2-3> H2PO-4> SO2-4. The higher the initial concentration of Cl O-4, the greater the probability of particle collisions , The higher the removal rate; MIEX resin to remove Cl O-4 process to meet quasi-second-order kinetic equation.
