随着住宅业成为我国经济发展新的增长点,住宅产业化发展将是住宅业发展的必由之路。而住宅产业化的前提是具备与产业化相配套的新技术、新材料和新体系。由于钢结构体系住宅易于实现工业化生产、标准化制作,且与之相配套的墙体材料可以采用节能、环保的新型材料,因此,研究钢结构体系住宅成套技术,将大大促进住宅产业化的快速发展,直接影响着我国住宅产业的发展水平和发展前途。在此背景下,本文在此仅就我国高层轻型住宅钢结构的设计展开分析与探讨。
