国家建材局水泥司于1984年9月19日至20日在辽宁省营口市主持召开了预应力输水管线阴极保护鉴定会。鉴定委员会由专家、教授和工程技术人员组成。会议有来自10多个省市的交通、冶金、水电、城建、化工、建材系统的科研、设计、生产、施工及高校等39个单位54名代表参加。这项研究是由国家建材局苏州混凝土水泥制品研究院和辽宁省营口市自来水公司共同承担的。营口市盖营预应力输水管线部分管子的保护层有缺陷,管线穿越盐池、盐碱地,管子的环向筋受到电化学腐蚀,曾发生钢筋锈断、管子破坏事故,针对
From September 19 to 20, 1984, the Cement Division of the National Building Materials Bureau presided over the Cathodic Protection Appraisal Meeting of the Prestressed Water Conveyance Pipeline in Yingkou City, Liaoning Province. The appraisal committee is composed of experts, professors and engineering technicians. At the conference, 54 representatives from 39 units including scientific research, design, production, construction and colleges of transportation, metallurgy, hydropower, urban construction, chemical and building materials systems from more than 10 provinces and cities participated in the conference. The study was jointly undertaken by the Suzhou Concrete Cement Product Research Institute of the State Building Material Administration and the Yingkou Water Supply Company of Liaoning Province. The protective layer of part of the pre-stressed water transmission pipelines built in Yingkou City is defective. The pipelines pass through the salt and saline-alkaline soils. The circumferential ribs of the pipes are subject to electrochemical corrosion. There have been accidents of steel rust breaking and pipe destruction.
