一、中韩两国经济合作关系的发展历程和现状 随着科学技术的进步和经济全球化的到来,世界各国经济依存度在加深,在社会生产的某些领域实行不同程度的经济联合与共同的经济调整,世界各国之间自然资源、资金、技术、人力交流也越来越频繁。中国自1978年实行改革开放政策以来,加大了对外开放的力度,积极参与国际分工和国际合作,尤其重视发展与周边国家的经济合作关系。韩国政府也一直致力于发展经济,1988年以后,韩国政府一方面加快开发西海岸地区,以解决地区经济发展不平衡的问题;另一方面也在国际上积极寻求新的合作对象,拓展新的市场,以减少对美国和日本的依赖。
