目的分析研究培美曲塞治疗复治晚期非小细胞肺癌的治疗效果。方法抽取本院收治的36例复治晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,给予患者采用培美曲塞治疗,回顾性分析患者临床资料。结果对36例患者实施治疗,可见本次研究与参考总样本之间治疗效果对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,不同病理实施治疗时,两组治疗效果无明显差异,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论给予复治晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采用培美曲塞治疗,临床治疗效果显著。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of pemetrexed in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Totally 36 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated in our hospital were enrolled and treated with pemetrexed. The clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results The treatment of 36 patients showed that there was a significant difference in the treatment effect between this study and the reference total sample, P <0.05. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment effect of different pathological treatments (P> 0.05) No statistical significance. Conclusions Pemetrexed is given to patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer in the treatment of retreatment, and the clinical curative effect is remarkable.
