衣原体包涵体膜蛋白是衣原体基因编码、表达定位于包涵体膜上的蛋白质,在衣原体的包涵体内复制、营养摄取及信号转换等方面发挥重要作用。包涵体膜蛋白的发现大致来自于4种途径即Ⅲ型分泌系统的研究、宿主抗衣原体免疫应答中抗原处理、计算机自动检索分析和血清学检测方法,但最终鉴定都依赖于血清学方法。对包涵体膜蛋白的研究近年来一直是衣原体研究的重点,随着更多的包涵体膜蛋白被鉴定,对其功能的研究将有助于揭示衣原体的致病机理以及衣原体感染的诊断和疫苗研发,本文就有关研究报道予以综述。
Chlamydial inclusion bodies Membrane proteins are chlamydia genes encoding proteins located on the inclusion body membrane, which play an important role in the in vivo replication of inclusion bodies of chlamydia, nutrient uptake and signal transduction. The discovery of inclusion body membrane proteins is largely based on four pathways, the type III secretion system, the host antigens for anti-chlamydial immune response, computerized automated search and serological testing, but the final identification is based on serological methods. Research on inclusion body membrane proteins has been the focus of chlamydia research in recent years. As more inclusion body membrane proteins are identified, the study of their function will help reveal the pathogenesis of chlamydia and the diagnosis of chlamydial infection and vaccine Research and development, this article reviews the relevant research reports.
