目的建立翼蓼块根中新黄酮类化合物荞麦七素A含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,用Shim-packODS C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.5%磷酸溶液(50∶50)为流动相,流速为0.6 mL.min-1,检测波长355 nm,柱温20℃。结果RP-HPLC测定的线性范围为0.736 0~5.888 mg.L-1,(r=0.999 4),平均加样回收率为98.43%,RSD为0.65%(n=6)。结论该方法简便快速、结果准确、重现性好,可以作为翼蓼药材及相关制剂质量控制的一个有效方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of the content of the new flavonoid buckwheat, Methods Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a Shim-pack ODS C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid , Detection wavelength 355 nm, column temperature 20 ℃. Results The linear range of RP-HPLC was 0.736 0 ~ 5.888 mg.L-1 (r = 0.999 4). The average recoveries were 98.43% and RSD 0.65% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as an effective method for the quality control of Polygonum orientalis and its related preparations.
