消毒供应中心(CSSD)是向全院提供各种无菌器材、敷料和其他物品的重要科室,苏北人民医院消毒供应中心采用集中式供应模式,收供一体化。由于全院自备包、精密器械和设备急剧增多,时有差错发生。为提高工作效率和质量,依据消毒供应中心行业标准精神,制定各项规章制度,建立品质圈,引入双因素管理法,提高了工作质量,提升了精细化管理水平。
