对于感应加热设备供应商而言,“十二五”是大浪淘沙的过程,既是严峻的考验,也是良好的机遇。一方面,政策导向要求节能减排、低碳环保,用户要求能够切实降低吨铸锻件用电量,提高生产效率,减少无功损耗、避免谐波污染电网等。另一方面,目前感应加热行业的装备良莠不齐,尤其是常规的中小型号产品,利润空间被无限压缩,最关键的质量、售后服务等无法保证。为了生存与发展,必然会使企业进一步加大科研投入,提高产品性能,开发新领域和新产品,提高服务水平,物竞天择,适者生存。
For suppliers of induction heating equipment, the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” is a process of ebb and flow, both a severe test and a good opportunity. On the one hand, the policy direction requires energy-saving emission reduction, low-carbon environmental protection, user requirements can effectively reduce tons of electricity consumption for casting and forgings, improve production efficiency, reduce reactive loss, to avoid harmonic pollution of the power grid. On the other hand, the current induction heating equipment, good and bad industry, especially the conventional small and medium size products, unlimited profit margins are compressed, the most critical quality, after-sales service can not be guaranteed. In order to survive and develop, it is inevitable that enterprises will further increase investment in scientific research, improve product performance, develop new fields and new products, improve service levels, compete with natural selection and survive the fittest.
