目的观察经纤支镜肺叶灌洗对肺组织的损伤情况。方法通过对59例矽肺患者肺叶灌洗前及灌洗后第1、3天周围血白细胞(WBC)的变化进行评价。结果 59例矽肺患者肺叶灌洗后第1天出现周围血WBC总数升高或中性粒细胞(N)比值升高有28例,异常率为47.46%,术后第3天所有病例WBC计数均恢复至正常范围;灌洗后第1天矽肺壹期、贰期组周围血WBC异常率分别是51.52%、42.31%,经2检验,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经纤支镜肺叶灌洗对肺组织的损伤是轻微的、一过性的。
Objective To observe the lung tissue damage caused by bronchofibroscopy lobectomy. Methods The changes of peripheral blood leukocytes (WBC) in 59 patients with silicosis before and after the lavage were evaluated. Results In the 59 cases of silicosis patients, there were 28 cases of peripheral blood WBC count or neutrophil (N) ratio increased on the first day after the lavage of lung lobe, the abnormality rate was 47.46%. The WBC count of all cases on the 3rd day after operation (P> 0.05). The WBC abnormalities in peripheral stage of silicosis stage one and stage II group were 51.52% and 42.31% on the first day after lavage, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The bronchofibroscopic loosening of lung tissue is mild and transient.
