体态语(Body Language)是一种用身体动作来表达情感、交流信息、说明意向的沟通手段。在英语课堂教学中,体态的变化技能是教师为了引起学生的注意、减轻学生的疲劳、激发学生的兴趣、启发学生的思维而变化信息传递方式或教学活动形式来改变对学生产生刺激的一种教学行为,而这种变化技能即体态语的运用在英语教学中有着举足轻重的作用。笔者结合自身的教学实践就体态语在英语课堂教学中发挥的作用进行探讨。
Body Language (Body Language) is a kind of physical action to express feelings, exchange of information, explain the intention of the means of communication. In the English classroom teaching, the changing skills of body posture is a kind of teacher’s stimulus to arouse students’ attention, lessen the fatigue of students, arouse students’ interest, inspire students’ thinking and change the form of information transmission or teaching activities Teaching behavior, and this change of skills that the use of body language in English teaching plays a decisive role. The author discusses the function of body language in English classroom teaching with his own teaching practice.
