原《大公报》著名记者徐盈,是我国现代新闻史上较早关注于经济报道的记者。从20世纪30年代中期,他即开始实地考察,采写了大量的经济通讯,并与许多经济界人士有过密切的交往。徐盈之女徐东回忆了父亲从事新闻工作的历程,及其在经济报道方面的新闻特色和突出成就。
Xu Ying, a famous reporter of the former Ta Kung Pao, is a reporter who earlier focused on economic reporting in the history of modern Chinese news. Since the mid-1930s, he started field trips, wrote a large amount of economic newsletters, and has had close contacts with many people in the economic circles. Xu Dong’s daughter, Xu Dong, recalled the course his father had engaged in journalism and its news features and prominent achievements in economic reporting.
