我厂机装车间于清廉小组的同志们经过几天的苦战,改进了铣大型曲轴键(?)用的简单工具。这一改进不仅大大地简化了加工手而且显著地提高了生产效率,同时解决了大型立铣不足的困难。这个工具可以在车间任何地点对曲轴进行加工,工件不必使用起重设备搬运。工具结构如附图所示。工具的下半部是两块钢板,钢板的里面经过加工,两块钢板间的距离正好跟曲轴两臂的距离相等。钢板的下端焊有轴承座,工件(曲轴)装在轴承座和轴盖之间。这样一来,铣键槽用的工具就可靠地在工件上。工件在
After a few days of hard work, my comrades at the machine shop of the Corruption Team improved their simple tools for milling large crankshaft keys (?).
