本文探讨了中药药对实验研究的意义、思路及方法。认为可提供该药对配伍运用的原理;寻求该药对发挥最佳作用的用量比例;为含有该药对的中药复方提供部份实验资料或运用机理。并以药对的功用为依据,采用实验药理学的方法,进行药对配伍前后的实验分析比较。
This article explores the significance, ideas, and methods of traditional Chinese medicines for experimental research. It is believed that the principle of the use of the drug for compatibility can be provided; the proportion of the drug to exert the best effect is sought; and part of the experimental data or application mechanism of the Chinese herbal compound containing the drug pair is provided. Based on the function of drug pairs, experimental pharmacology methods were used to compare the effects of drugs before and after compatibility.
