2003年1～6月,浙江省嘉兴市秀洲区先后发生水痘、麻疹、腮腺炎的传染病爆发,疫情波及6所学校,现将调查结果报道如下。 1.流行病学调查:对学校疫情爆发期间所有缺课和有不适的学生通过逐个询问填写流行病学调查表,结合临床表现、体症、流行病史,对麻疹调查时用ELISA酶标法检测患者血清IgM抗体作出诊断。新塍镇洛东小学麻疹发病29例,罹患率2.73％,病例主要集中在六年级,占82.76％;现代
From January to June 2003, an epidemic of chickenpox, measles and mumps outbreaks occurred in Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. Outbreaks spread to 6 schools. The findings are reported below. 1.
