精准药物治疗是精准医学的重要内容,是基于患者个体特征制定治疗方案的个性化医疗模式。肾脏疾病种类繁多,发病机制复杂,患者个体差异大,精准治疗尤为重要。肾脏疾病精准治疗的目标是研究发现与治疗相关的生物标志物,以及通过药物相关基因或特定目标基因进行治疗干预。目前,肾脏疾病精准药物治疗在生物标志物、药物遗传学等方面取得了一定进展,本文主要就相关研究进展进行综述。
Precise medical treatment is an important part of precision medicine, and is a personalized medical model that formulates a treatment plan based on individual patient characteristics. A wide range of kidney disease, complicated pathogenesis, individual patient differences, precision treatment is particularly important. The goal of precision treatment of kidney disease is to study the discovery of treatment-related biomarkers and therapeutic interventions through drug-related genes or specific target genes. At present, the accurate treatment of kidney disease has made some progress in biomarkers, pharmacogenetics and so on. This article mainly reviews the related research progress.
