目的探讨与总结分析在中药药剂学中对中药采用细胞级粉碎是否能提高药效。方法实验分为实验组和对照组,两组分别取用500克的川贝母、西洋参、云芝、三七和天麻。对照组选用常规的粉碎技术,而实验组选用细胞级粉碎技术。对粉碎后的颗粒细度进行观察记录并进行对比。结果实验结果数据对比,实验组经细胞化粉碎后的颗粒粉碎程度远超于采用常规粉碎方式的对照组,数据对比存在差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中药药剂学中采用中药细胞级粉碎技术,能最大程度的催发中药的药效成分,颗粒细化的同时能促进人体的吸收和提升药物利用率。
Objective To investigate and summarize the use of cell-level pulverization in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy to improve efficacy. Methods The experiment was divided into experimental group and control group. Two groups were taken with 500 grams of Fritillaria cirrhosa, American ginseng, Yunzhi, Panax notoginseng and Gastrodia elata. The control group selected conventional crushing technology, while the experimental group used cell-level crushing technology. The fineness of crushed particles was observed and recorded. Results Compared with the experimental data, the degree of granular disintegration in the experimental group was much more than that in the control group with the conventional method. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy using cell-level crushing technology, can maximize the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine, grain refinement at the same time can promote the body’s absorption and improve drug utilization.
