1 故障现象与诊断一辆五十铃(NKR系列)货车(装备4JB_1型发动机)来我厂维修。试车时发现:发动机低速运转正常;急加速时提速缓慢,且行驶无力,与此同时,发动机排气管冒白烟;车高速行驶时发动机经常自行熄火。经询问驾驶员得知,刚更换过该车发动机喷油泵的柱塞及回油电磁阀(冷起动阀),且校验过喷油泵。根据以往的维修经验判断,该车的故障原因应在发动机喷油泵,于是对喷油泵进行拆检。检
1 Trouble phenomenon and diagnosis A Isuzu (NKR series) truck (equipped with 4JB_1 engine) comes to our factory to be repaired. Test found that: low-speed operation of the engine normal; acute acceleration slow speed, and driving weakness, at the same time, the engine exhaust pipe white smoke; car often run-off when the engine itself. Upon inquiry, the driver learned that he had just replaced the plunger of the engine fuel injection pump and the return solenoid valve (cold start valve) and checked the injection pump. According to the previous maintenance experience to determine the cause of the malfunction of the car should be in the engine fuel pump, so disassemble the fuel injection pump. Check
