目的研究橙色手指海绵(Axinella sp.)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20和反相半制备HPLC等方法分离化合物,根据波谱数据确定其结构。结果从橙色手指海绵分离得到10个化合物,鉴定为:cyclo-(Val-Pro)(1)、cy-clo-(Tyr-Pro)(2)、cyclo-(Phe-Pro)(3)、cyclo-(Leu-Pro)(4)、cyclo-(Ile-Pro)(5)、2’-deoxyinosine(6)、2’-deoxyadenosine(7)、spongothymidine(8)、spongouridine(9)、2’-deoxyuridine(10)。结论所有化合物为首次从橙色手指海绵中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Axinella sp. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and reversed-phase semi-preparative HPLC. Their structures were confirmed by spectral data. Results Ten compounds were isolated from orange finger sponge and identified as cyclo- (Val-Pro) (1), cy-clo- (Tyr-Pro) (4), cyclo- (Ile-Pro) (5), 2’-deoxyinosine (6), 2’-deoxyadenosine (7), spongothymidine (8), spongouridine (9) deoxyuridine (10). Conclusion All compounds were isolated from orange finger sponge for the first time.
