近期中国回流人才“存活率”不足五成,是由于中西方管理思维的差别,对国际金融危机的态度不同;中西方管理价值观的差别,应对国际金融危机共克时艰的取向不同;中西方管理行为的差别,使海归企业高管产生的适应性不同。由此,海归人员应采取相应的对策,进一步了解国情、社会和市场行情;加深理解祖国发展变化的广度、深度和跨度;深入了解国内企业的法理、伦理和心理。
Recently, less than 50% of China’s returning talents have “survival rates” due to differences in management thinking between China and the West and different attitudes toward the international financial crisis. Differences in management values between China and the West and differences in the orientation of the current financial crisis in coping with the current difficulties, The differences between Chinese and Western management practices make the adaptability of returnees executives different. Therefore, returnees should take corresponding measures to further understand the national conditions, social and market conditions; deepen the understanding of the breadth, depth and span of development and changes in the motherland; and gain a better understanding of the legal, ethical and psychological aspects of domestic enterprises.
