激烈的市场竞争下,企业需要足够的资金维持日常运营,而融资需付出相应的资金成本,同时承担一定的财务风险。企业融资管理影响着企业发展战略的制定,也是企业财务管理的重要环节。目前,一些企业在融资模式及融资战略的制定上仍存在不少问题,因此,本文在分析现存问题的基础上,提出了相应的对策建议。
Fierce market competition, companies need sufficient funds to maintain day-to-day operations, and financing need to pay the corresponding cost of capital, while taking on some of the financial risks. Corporate finance management affects the development of enterprise development strategy, but also an important part of corporate financial management. At present, some enterprises still have many problems in the formulation of financing modes and financing strategies. Therefore, based on the analysis of the existing problems, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
