近几年来,由于种种原因,高水分粮收购有增加的趋势,给粮食安全保管带来很大的困难。为了确保高水分粮的安全储藏,根据以往的经验,须作降水处理。过去粮食降水大都采用翻晒、晾干和机械烘干等办法,劳动强度大,处理费用高,而且受气候、仓房和机械设备等条件韵限制,难于大量处理和全面推广应用,尤其在梅雨季节,高水分粮的保管压力很大。1986年我们在参观上海市的洞库粮食保管时,发现他们采用去湿机降低库内相对湿度,防止储粮吸湿返潮,从中得到启示,于1987年初购进二台去湿机,应用去湿机对高水分大豆进行降水去湿试验,效果良好。现将试验情况报告如下:
