针对水资源不足和作物高产之间的矛盾,由中国农业大学王璞教授、王志敏教授主持的河北省与国家“十五”攻关项目——“冬小麦节水省肥简化高产‘四统一’技术体系”,在严重缺水的河北省沧州地区吴桥县经过8年攻关,在每亩节水50~100方,节省氮肥30%~50%的基础上,通过两年的大面积示范今年获得成功。在浇足底墒水,生育期浇2水,亩施纯氮肥12~15公斤、氮磷钾配合全部底施的条件下,连续两年亩产达到600公斤以上,实现了水肥高效利用与超高产的统一,走出了一条在资源限制条件下大幅度提高粮食产量的新途径。河北省将这套节水技术体系定为“吴桥模式”。
