为了认真贯彻落实党的十七届三中全会精神,切实加强农村基层党组织建设,中央组织部近日下发《关于加强村党支部书记队伍建设的意见》(以下简称《意见》),对建立健全村党支部书记的培养选拔、责任监督、教育培训、激励保障等各项工作机制,着力培养造就一支守信念、讲奉献、有本领、重品行的村党支部书记队伍提出了明确要求。
