在百白破混合制剂广泛使用多年以来,对广州市区人群百白破免疫状况进行调查,其结果表明,该制剂免疫效果良好,但百日咳的保护水平稍低。两岁儿童必须按计划免疫程序完成基础免疫三针及加强一针,方能获得较高而持久的免疫力。为更好更有效地控制相应传染病,对12岁以上成人进行适时的白破加强接种不容忽视。
Baipi broken mixed formulations widely used over the years, the population of Guangzhou Bai Dianbu immune status survey conducted, the results show that the preparation of the immune effect is good, but the protection level of pertussis is slightly lower.
