关于科学技术发展与人的发展的互动 ,我们有这样的认识 :人类在认识世界和改造世界的伟大实践中推动科学技术的发展 ;科学技术的发展为人的全面而自由的发展创造了条件 ;人与科学发展的互动是可持续的良性互动。现代社会科学技术发展与人的发展的互动具有全球性、长远性、组织性、系统性的特点。实现互动的基本途径是 :坚持科学服务于生活 ;加强科普教育创造良好的科技氛围 ;弘扬科学精神 ;加强科技立法 ,规范互动行为 ;构建互动“转换体” ,协调科技与人的发展的互动。
With regard to the interaction between the development of science and technology and the development of human beings, we have the understanding that mankind has promoted the development of science and technology in the great practice of understanding the world and transforming the world. The development of science and technology has created the conditions for the all-round and free development of man. People Interaction with scientific development is a sustainable and benign interaction. The interaction between the development of modern social science and technology and human development is global, long-term, organizational and systematic. The basic ways to realize the interaction are: insisting on science and serving life; strengthening popular science education to create a good scientific and technological atmosphere; promoting the spirit of science; strengthening scientific and technological legislation and regulating interactive behavior; building an interactive “transformation body” to coordinate the interaction between science and technology and human development.
