[Methods] 80,944 female workers in our city were selected to investigate their marital status, weight, height, general exercise, consumption of tobacco and alcohol through questionnaires sent by mail and randomly. In this study, divorced, widowed and unmarried women were divided into divorce group, widowed group and unmarried group, respectively. Four-year marital status, body mass index, physical activity, daily cigarette consumption, and daily alcohol consumption were assessed using the age and multivariate linear regression method. [Results] Compared with the control group, the body mass index of the divorced group and widowed women decreased by -0.65kg / m2 (P <0.001) and -0.44kg / m2 respectively after 4 years of body mass index and physical activity multivariate adjustment Statistical significance (P <0.001), although there was a slight increase in unmarried group, but no statistically significant (P> 0.05). Compared with the control group, the physical activity of women in divorce group, widowed group and unmarried group increased slightly, but the differences were not statistically significant (P> 0.05). ② Compared with women in the control group, the number of divorced group and widowed group increased by 1.06 / d and 0.52 / d, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.01) and 0.36 per day in unmarried group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the divorced group and the widowed group increased 0.47g / d and 0.43g / d respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), although the unmarried group increased, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05 ). [Conclusion] Compared with married women, the status of widows and widowed women in divorce has been deteriorated, and the healthy behavior of tobacco and alcohol has changed. It shows that divorce and widowhood have a negative impact on the health of women, while marriage is good for the health of women Impact.
