一、电磁阀的小功率化 近20年,电磁阀的消耗功率由20W下降至1-0.5W,而中大型电磁阀则由直动型转向先导型。“直动型”是指直接用电磁铁产生的力去推动主阀芯;至于“先导型”则先通过电磁力去控制一小阀,再使作用在主阀两端的气压来推动主阀。对于大口径的阀来说,因电磁铁所产生的力有限,不能直接驱动主阀换向,必须采用先导型。就以SMC最新推出的SY系列多元化气阀为例,其耗电量低(0.5W),但流量比一般同体积气阀大1.7-3倍。
