森林不仅具有直接的经济效益,而且还有间接的防护效益。林业生产的好坏,在某种意义上能够影响农牧业生产的发展。因此,林业生产是经济结构和生态结构中的一个重要组成部分。杏子河流域的林业生产是一个薄弱环节,它已在经济结构和生态结构中起不到应起的作用,严重地影响了农牧业生产的稳步发展和群众的生活。因此,迫切需要加快步伐,以求在短期内有一个较大的发展,使之成为促进农牧业发展,提高人民生活水平的积极因素。
Forests not only have direct economic benefits, but also indirect protective benefits. Forestry production is good or bad, in a sense, can affect the development of agriculture and animal husbandry. Therefore, forestry production is an important part of economic structure and ecological structure. The forestry production in Xingzihe basin is a weak link, which has not played a role in the economic structure and ecological structure and has seriously affected the steady development of agriculture and animal husbandry and the living of the masses.
