目的了解某区医疗机构消毒质量情况,以加强医院消毒管理。方法采用随机现场采样的方法,对辖区内医疗机构不同消毒卫生处理对象的消毒效果进行调查。结果 5年共采样3 001件,合格2 952件,总平均合格率为98.4%。其中使用中消毒剂、压力蒸汽灭菌器和医疗用品合格率为100%;物体表面、医护人员手、紫外线灯辐射强度、室内空气和污水合格率依次为99.9%、97.6%、97.2%、95.6%和87.5%。结论该区医疗机构消毒质量合格率总体较高,但仍有消毒质量存在不合格情况,需重点加强管理,限期改进和提高。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection of medical institutions in a district to strengthen the hospital disinfection management. Methods Random sampling method was used to investigate the disinfection effects of different disinfection and sanitation objects in medical institutions in the area. Results A total of 3 001 samples were obtained in 5 years, with a total of 2 952 samples. The overall average passing rate was 98.4%. The passing rate of disinfectant, pressure steam sterilizer and medical supplies was 100%; the passing rate of object surface, medical staff, ultraviolet lamp, indoor air and sewage were 99.9%, 97.6%, 97.2%, 95.6 % And 87.5%. Conclusion The passing rate of disinfection quality in medical institutions in this area is generally high, but there are still unqualified disinfection quality. Management should be strengthened with emphasis on improvement and improvement within a definite period of time.
