本文介绍了倒大双冲天炉底焦燃烧及铁水换热特点,提出了风口前区焦炭受风能力的概念来描写焦炭的燃烧特性。并指出,影响炉内铁水换热过程的关键因素是燃烧过程,因而燃烧的组织首先应服从铁水换热的需要。
In this paper, the characteristics of coke combustion at the bottom of double cupola furnace and heat transfer of hot metal are introduced. The concept of coke receiving capacity in front of tuyere is proposed to describe the combustion characteristics of coke. And pointed out that the key factor affecting the heat transfer process of molten iron in the furnace is the combustion process. Therefore, the burning organization should firstly obey the need of hot metal heat transfer.
