以住我所掌握的有关60~70米水头段的混流式转轮资料来源于不同国家,其通道尺寸参差不齐,参数不尽合理,互不通用。为了改变这种情况,按我国水轮机暂行系列型谱要求,我所对bo=0.315高比速混流式转轮进行了试验研究。本文详细介绍了该试验研究,结论认为:要提高转轮的单位转速,主要是减少进水边平均直径和进口角;要提高转轮的单位流量主要是增大叶片出水边“过流面积”等等。
To live in my grasp of the first paragraph of 60 to 70 meters of the first section of Francis runner data from different countries, the channel size is uneven, the parameters are not reasonable, not mutually universal. This paper describes the experimental study in detail, the conclusion is: to improve the runner unit speed, mainly to reduce the average diameter of the water inlet and import angle; to improve the runner unit flow is mainly to increase the edge of the leaves out of the “flow area” and many more.
