微量铋的分光光度法,过去多用硫脲、碘化钾、二甲酚橙和偶氮胂Ⅲ等作显色剂。这些方法灵敏度差,干扰因素多,操作繁杂、不易掌握。本文于pH1.5硝酸介质中,以半二甲酚橙为显色剂,在氯化四苯砷盐存在条件下,测定铋的灵敏度有所提高,其ε_(530)=2.3×10~4(二甲酚橙光度法ε_(530)=1.2×10~4);铋量在0—60微克/25毫升范围符合比尔定律。在拟定条件下,
Trace bismuth spectrophotometry, in the past with thiourea, potassium iodide, xylenol orange and arsenazo Ⅲ as a developer. In this paper, the sensitivity of bismuth was measured in the presence of tetrabenzene arsenic salt in pH1.5 nitric acid medium with half-xylenol orange as chromogenic agent.
