以三苯基膦,六氯乙烷和1–萘胺为原料,通过Kirsanov反应合成出一种膦亚胺类衍生物N-1-萘基三苯基膦亚胺(S1),并运用核磁共振氢谱、傅立叶红外光谱、电喷雾(ESI)质谱对其化学结构进行表征。通过紫外吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱对其光学性质进行了分析。在不同体积比DMF-H_2O体系中的荧光测试中发现S1具有聚集态诱导荧光增强(AIEE)性质。在高水体系(DMF/水=1/9,V/V)中H~+的引入可导致S1的荧光淬灭,其它常见阴阳离子的加入未引起S1荧光性质的显著变化。加入OH-后,S1/H~+复合体系的荧光可恢复,说明S1是一种潜在的可逆型pH荧光指示剂。
A novel phosphine imine derivative N-1-naphthyl triphenylphosphinimine (S1) was synthesized by Kirsanov reaction using triphenylphosphine, hexachloroethane and 1-naphthylamine as starting materials. Resonance hydrogenation, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, electrospray ionization (ESI) mass spectrometry were used to characterize their chemical structures. The optical properties were analyzed by ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence emission spectroscopy. Fluorescence measurements of DMF-H 2 O in different volume ratios showed that aggregation-induced fluorescence enhancement (AIEE) was observed in S1. The introduction of H ~ + in high water system (DMF / water = 1/9, V / V) led to the fluorescence quenching of S1, and the addition of other common anions and cations did not cause significant changes in the S1 fluorescence properties. After adding OH-, the fluorescence of S1 / H ~ + composite system can be restored, indicating that S1 is a potential reversible pH fluorescence indicator.
