石墨烯,是碳原子紧密堆积成单层二维蜂窝状晶格结构的碳质材料,它可看作是构建其它维数碳质材料的基本单元。石墨烯具有高导电性、高韧度、高强度、超大比表面积等特点,在电容器领域有广泛应用。本文综述了近年来石墨烯在电解电容器领域的技术演进路线,分析了电解电容器的申请趋势、发展脉络、优缺点,最后通过案例阐述梳理技术路线在审查实践中的应用。
Graphene, which is a carbonaceous material in which carbon atoms are closely packed into a single-layer two-dimensional honeycomb lattice structure, can be considered as a basic unit for building carbonaceous materials of other dimensions. Graphene has the characteristics of high electrical conductivity, high toughness, high strength and large specific surface area, and is widely used in the field of capacitors. In this paper, the technological evolution of graphene in the field of electrolytic capacitors in recent years is reviewed. The application trend, development context, advantages and disadvantages of electrolytic capacitors are analyzed. Finally, the application of combing technical routes in reviewing practice is illustrated through case studies.
