静电纺丝技术是制备高品质纳米纤维的最有效方法之一,纺丝液的性质对静电纺丝效果具有重要的影响。本文简要介绍了静电纺丝的原理,从纺丝液黏度、导电性、表面张力三个方面综述了纺丝液性质对静电纺丝的影响,最后指出静电纺丝技术存在的问题及未来的发展。
Electrospinning is one of the most effective methods for preparing high quality nanofibers. The properties of spinning solution have an important influence on the electrospinning effect. In this paper, the principle of electrospinning is briefly introduced. The influence of the properties of spinning solution on electrospinning is reviewed from the aspects of viscosity, conductivity and surface tension. Finally, the problems and the future development of electrospinning technology are pointed out .
